At GB Fit, there are no unrealistic expectations. Greg genuinely cares about every client and builds supportive relationships on both a professional and personal level. Having tried different training methods and fad diets himself, he now focuses on creating balanced, sustainable lifestyles that help clients stay happy, healthy and confident for the long term.

Greg is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Dundee, working with both in-person PT clients and online coaching clients.

He delivers professional, fun and supportive sessions while helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in a relatable and sustainable way. Greg’s aim is to help you feel confident in yourself, whatever goal or lifestyle you are working towards.

Your dream health and fitness goals are not unachievable, sometimes you just need the right guidance, structure and support to get there. Greg has walked the walk and understands the self-doubt, setbacks and ups and downs that can come with a fitness journey.

    Sessions are designed to be enjoyable while still working hard, with nutrition targets and weekly check-ins with Greg.

    Everything included in the Train & Transform Package, plus an online bespoke training programme tailored to each individual’s goals, time available and needs.

  • Accountability Transformation Package
    Nutrition and lifestyle targets, with weekly check-ins to keep you supported and accountable.
